How do I care for my jewelry?

With exposure to the elements, brass and sterling silver will naturally oxidize over time. You can easily remove the tarnish with a metal polish or silver polishing cloth. If you prefer to use a natural polishing method, baking soda and lemon juice is a great alternative. Some of my jewelry are intentionally oxidized, so keep that in mind when cleaning. You don't want to accidentally remove fine details. I find that if you wear your jewelry often it stay shiny. So keep wearing them! When you're not wearing them, place in a sealed container or zip lock bag to keep them from tarnishing. 

 

SHIPPING

 Do you offer free shipping? 

 Shipping is free when you spend $75 or more. 

 

How long does shipping take?

I use USPS First Class mail, delivery within 3-5 days.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes!

 

ORDERS

Do you offer gift wrap? 

Not traditionally. My jewelry is mailed and packaged in a jewelry box ready for gift giving. 

Can I change or cancel my order?  

Please do so within 24 hours. I try to process and mail my orders as soon as possible. Same goes for custom orders. 

Can I change the shipping address?

Please do so within 24 hours as I try to process and ship orders as soon as possible. 

Do you offer exchanges or refunds?

If you are not satisfied with your order and would like a refund or exchange. Please return in the same manner as you received and in the same packaging. You are responsible for the return shipping fees. You will receive your refund upon receipt and inspection of the item being returned within 48 hours.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
